Resorts World New York City / Direct Mail / Information Design
Core Mailer
Players were tearing calendar pages from their monthly mailer and taping them together. I proposed a removable fold-out that brings offers, promotions and dates into one self-contained view.
Role: Designer I / Art direction
Status: Design proposal
Contribution: Fold-out concept, information hierarchy, campaign extensions and stakeholder presentation

Fold-out logic / cover, personalized offer and detachable calendar. Undated structural diagram from the proposal.
The cover, personalized offer and calendar form a detachable section. Each part keeps the information it needs to remain useful outside the original mailing.
01 / Cover system
A cover hierarchy that stays fixed while campaign artwork changes.
A repeatable hierarchy gives the promotion, date and property identity consistent positions while leaving room for different campaign artwork.

Proposed cover hierarchy / historical concept examples with placeholder dates and promotional copy.
02 / Player offer
The personalized offer, readable at a glance.

Proposed offer variations / sample amounts, dates and copy are illustrative placeholders.
03 / Calendar
A calendar that works as a planning tool once detached.
The detachable calendar becomes the functional center of the fold-out. Icons connect dates to fuller promotional details, while the spread remains legible when removed from the rest of the mailer.

Historical concept artwork / dates, offers and promotional copy are illustrative placeholders. This is not a live promotion or a production-ready mailing.

Proposed calendar hierarchy and icon system / historical presentation example, not a live calendar.

The existing Core mailer and Resorts World identity predate this concept. The work shown is a design proposal, not a measured rollout.
